Every feature of EasyInstitute, explained

Nine modules that work together — from the prospectus counter to the principal's reports and the college website. Scroll through each one, or jump straight to a module.

Module 1 of 9

Admissions

Prospectus sale to admission receipt in minutes.

Sell prospectus and registration forms with their own receipt series, record applicants with their marks, and publish a general merit list. At admission the standard fees of the course, fee category and student type fill in automatically, subjects are ticked, and one click admits the student and prints the receipt. Existing students are re-admitted to the next class from the same screen.

  • Prospectus and registration form sale with numbered receipts
  • Applicant registration with marks and automatic merit percentage
  • General merit list by course, medium and caste category (short or detailed)
  • New admission and re-admission to the next class from one screen
  • Standard fees fill in automatically by course, fee category and student type
  • Subjects, compulsory and second languages chosen at admission
  • Admission cancellation and restore with reason
Module 2 of 9

Fee Counter

Fast, error-free receipts from any number of counters.

Every college type has its own cash book and receipt series, and every staff member has a counter code, so receipts never clash. Installments show the balance of each fee head and refuse over-collection. Examination fees, development fund, fines, miscellaneous fees and scholarships each go to their own book. Receipts print the office and student copy on a single A4 sheet with the amount in words.

  • Admission, next installment and other fee receipts
  • Examination fee, development fund, general fine, miscellaneous fees and scholarship
  • Separate cash book and running receipt number series for every college type
  • Cash, cheque, DD and online payments with cheque / transaction details
  • Installments limited to the balance still due — no over-collection
  • Office copy and student copy on one A4 sheet, amount in words, duplicate marking
  • Receipt search, reprint and cancellation with an audit trail
  • Fee write off with sanction remark
Module 3 of 9

Fee Reports & DCR

Daily collection and dues at a click — PDF or Excel.

The Daily Collection Register is ready the moment the counter closes — short, detailed with every fee head, or summarised by head and by date. Fee collection reports split cash and other modes by cash book, counter, receipt type or bank account. Paid and outstanding reports show each student's standard fees, payments, write offs and balance.

  • DCR (Daily Collection Register): short, detailed, head-wise and date-wise
  • Filter by cash book, counter, date range and cancelled receipts
  • Fee collection by cash book, counter, date, receipt type and bank account
  • Paid fees and outstanding fees per student and per fee head
  • Excess payment report
  • DCR export to Excel with one column per fee head
Module 4 of 9

Student Records

Complete admission register for every student.

Each student has one record with personal details, local and permanent address, previous education, subjects, bank details and the full fee history. Registration numbers and section / roll numbers are allotted to a whole class at once, and documents, performance notes, fines and insurance nominees are kept with the student.

  • Personal, address, previous education, subjects and bank details
  • Registration number and section / roll number allotment in bulk
  • Certificate and document submission register
  • Student performance and conduct notes
  • Student fine entry, collected on a general fine receipt
  • Student safety insurance nominee details
  • Full fee history of the student on one screen
Module 5 of 9

Certificates

Bonafide and TC printed on your letterhead.

Bonafide certificates are numbered serially and print with the student's class, session, date of birth and purpose. The transfer certificate takes the details from the general register, warns about pending dues, and takes the student off the roll once issued.

  • Serially numbered bonafide certificates with purpose
  • Transfer / leaving certificate with progress, conduct and reason
  • Principal signature from the college profile
  • Pending dues shown before issuing a TC
  • Register of all certificates issued, with reprint
Module 6 of 9

Student Reports

Every list the office and university asks for.

Class-wise and subject-wise lists, roll lists for examinations, the student general register in three formats, MIS statements by caste, fee category, medium and area with male / female split, and monthly attendance sheets — all printed or exported to Excel.

  • Class-wise and subject / language-wise student lists
  • Roll list by section for examinations
  • Selected field list — pick the columns you need
  • Student general register in three formats
  • MIS statements: caste, fee category, medium and area-wise, male / female
  • Monthly attendance sheets
  • Complete student data export to Excel
Module 7 of 9

Library

Issue, return and fines without registers.

Books are tracked copy by copy with accession numbers. Issue respects the loan period and the books-per-student limit; returns calculate the late fine automatically with grace days and a cap, and damaged or lost books are charged. Fines are collected on a receipt that appears in the DCR with all other fees.

  • Book stock by accession number with author, publisher, rack and price
  • Issue, return and renew with loan period and book limit per student
  • Automatic late fine with grace days and maximum fine per book
  • Damaged and lost book fines (book price plus processing charge)
  • Fine collection on a receipt that appears in the DCR
  • Issued, overdue, issue register, fine and stock reports
Module 8 of 9

College Website & CMS

A ready college website you update yourself.

The college gets a complete website — homepage slider, notice ticker, announcements, downloads, gallery, committees, departments with faculty and editable pages. The admin updates it from the same panel, and admission enquiries and contact messages arrive there with follow-up status.

  • Homepage slider, notices ticker, announcements and upcoming events
  • Downloads, photo gallery albums, committees and departments with faculty
  • Editable pages: About, Vision & Mission, Principal's Desk, Courses, Admission Rules, Library

One dashboard for the principal and the office

Collection today and over the last 14 days, each counter's total, students by course, library books out and new enquiries — the moment you sign in. Light and dark mode, on desktop or phone.

Admin and staff roles

Counter staff collect fees and print reports. Only the college admin manages the website, the college profile and staff accounts.

Safe by design

Hashed passwords, sign-in protection, an audit stamp on every receipt, and staff can cancel only their own counter's receipts of the day.

Records stay correct

Fee heads, courses and categories in use cannot be renamed or deleted by mistake, so old receipts and reports always add up.
